Triennes is our favourite Provencal estate. It is the Provencal property of two greats from Burgundy – Jacques Seysses of Domaine Dujac and Aubert de Villaine of Domaine de la Romanee Conti. The two set out to find new vineyards in the late 1980s. Having found a terroir they liked they set to work redeveloping the vineyards – as great winemakers they know that the most important player in making a great wine is the vineyard! For them Rosé is all about simple, clean, clear flavour. A little lighter and perhaps drier than the norm this is our house Rosé and particularly friendly as the temperatures really start to rise. The buzz word for us is focus. The wines are always clean, pure and supported by an appropriate structure, in short – focused! Cinsault dominated with added depth from Grenache, Syrah and Merlot.
